From Sea Spray's front steps you can see the Brighton Pier. Just before you reach it you'll find Brighton's Sea Life Centre, whilst Brighton's beach is reached within a 2 minutes' stroll from the guest house.

Brighton's famous Lanes start in the next square, Old Steine,and which is also home to the Royal Pavilion.
