The Director - Richard T. S. Harris - has built his business up over ten years by concentrating on offering good quality, fully furnished properties for short lets in the City of Brighton & Hove and in East & West Sussex between Eastbourne and
Chichester.

All the properties are personally inspected by Richard and if not quite up to the standard required are improved as necessary by the owners. In the main bookings are for one or two weeks but 3-day short-breaks are possible in certain circumstances.
A list of properties is available showing all-inclusive weekly prices, and for longer bookings of 6/8 weeks a suitable discount can be arranged. It is also possible to rent these properties for three to four months at an appropriate calendar monthly rate.

Brunswick Square
By contrast the picture on the left shows you part of the most prestigious square in Hove - known as Brunswick Square. In this Square and the adjacent Brunswick Terrace we have available FOUR one and two bedroom flats.


We are now a VisitBritain Quality Accredited Agency and all properties have been assessed under our own Key/Quality Assessment scheme with ratings varying from TWO Keys/Standard up to FIVE Keys/De-Luxe.

The costs of renting these properties vary from UKP200 per week in the low season for a one bedroom flat for two people in the village of ROTTINGDEAN up to UKP950 per week in the high season for a three bedroom flat sleeping seven people in Hove. The range of prices for country properties would be from UKP225 per week for a studio flat in Alciston, West Sussex to UKP3500 per week for a magnificent Tudor manor house sleeping up to 18 people in Chiddingly, East Sussex. All our prices are fully inclusive of heating and electricity costs as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
