concentrating on offering good quality, fully
furnished properties for short lets in the City of Brighton &
Hove and in East & West Sussex between Eastbourne and All the properties are personally inspected by Richard
and if not quite up to the standard required are improved as necessary by the
owners. In the main bookings are for one or two weeks but 3-day short-breaks are possible in certain circumstances.
We are now a VisitBritain Quality Accredited Agency and all properties have been assessed under our own Key/Quality Assessment scheme with ratings varying from TWO Keys/Standard up to FIVE Keys/De-Luxe. The costs of renting these properties vary from UKP200 per week in the low season for a one bedroom flat for two people in the village of ROTTINGDEAN up to UKP950 per week in the high season for a three bedroom flat sleeping seven people in Hove. The range of prices for country properties would be from UKP225 per week for a studio flat in Alciston, West Sussex to UKP3500 per week for a magnificent Tudor manor house sleeping up to 18 people in Chiddingly, East Sussex. All our prices are fully inclusive of heating and electricity costs as well as the provision of bed linen and towels.
