A booking week is normally Saturday to Saturday but three day breaks are accepted at short notice. Peak season rates apply at Christmas, New Year & Easter and when large conferences create a very high demand.

A deposit of £75 is payable on booking and the balance to be paid four weeks prior to arrival. Visa and Mastercard accepted.

Well behaved children and animals are welcome.

Two Bedroom Maisonette

The Maisonette is on two floors, ground floor and lower ground floor at 14a Ship Street. On the ground floor there is a lounge with matching sofa and double sofa bed, and a kitchen/diner with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, plus crockery and cutlery etc. On the lower ground floor, there is one bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and a second bedroom with a double bed and a single foldaway bed, plus a bathroom and a shower room, each with a toilet and hand basin. It will therefore sleep up to 8 people in the equivalent of three doubles and two singles.
