A great new opportunity has arisen within our friendly and hardworking company for a Customer Support Advisor starting on 9th July 2013, in our Brighton office.
About Track Record:
Track Record (www.trackrecordglobal.com) supports businesses with complex supply chains in gathering, assessing, monitoring and reporting product quality associated with all aspects of responsible sourcing. The scope of our service includes assessment of suppliers’ compliance with environmental, performance, legality, safety, sustainability, carbon footprint and associated ethical issues.
The role will fulfil the following requirements;
Managing the daily customer support side of projects. Ensuring responses to customer queries are delivered in a professional, helpful and timely manner by email and over the telephone.
Supporting our customers to use our online databases.
Entering data onto the online database from customer completed spreadsheets
Extracting data sets from the online database for specific reports and to meet individual customer requirements.
Creating and delivering bespoke progress reports to the customer to meet deadlines.
Undertaking online product compliance assessments
Supporting the testing of newly developed Service software
Working closely with colleagues based away from the Brighton office
Contributing to the ongoing development of a highly innovative approach to due diligence
Job terms and conditions (general):
Hours: 9am to 5.30 pm, 7.5 hrs per day, 5 days a week. You will report to the Customer Support Manager.
Holiday: 30 days per year

Track Record is a small company (9 full time employees and 4 part-time) and growing. There will be increasing opportunities for those who are interested in getting more involved in specific aspects of the business. This could be programming, account management, sales and marketing and so forth.
Full training on our systems and processes will be provided and whilst previous experience in a customer service role is preferable it is more important that you have the right personality and mindset.
We are also looking for someone with:
A strong academic record is essential (ideally an undergraduate degree)
A good working knowledge of excel spreadsheets
Windows know how (essential)
Ability to work on your own initiative and raise concerns to management.
A second language particularly French or Mandarin would be useful but not essential.
